Realfast AI
AI-assisted workflow that helps sales teams automatically generate structured tickets from loosely defined problems.

Overview
I designed a system that translates ambiguous business requests into structured, actionable tickets through a guided conversational interface.
Users provide input incrementally while the system generates a complete, editable ticket in real time.
Problem
Operational requests were:
- inconsistently documented
- missing critical context
- requiring multiple clarification cycles
This created delays, misalignment, and inefficiencies in execution.
Process
Core principle
Design for the translation layer between unstructured human input and structured system requirements.
Why it works
- Enforces clarity without adding friction
- Reduces iteration cycles between teams
- Makes complex operational logic explicit and scalable
My role
- Defined the interaction model and system behavior
- Translated business requirements into product flows
- Prototyped the end-to-end experience
Solution
A dual-pane workflow:
- Input: adaptive, conversational prompts
- Output: real-time structured ticket
The system continuously synthesizes user input into a complete artifact, including logic, requirements, and business context.
